Whooo.... went back to S'pore my home town for the week end.... die man.. was thinking how to maintain the diet plan... knowing that i wont have the discipline to get that diet right...
heng heng, i spend the most of sat at my dad's cafe... my dad's cafe is the best place to have diet man.. lettuce, veg , protein snacks .. even fruits also have!!! some more pomelo.. best weight loss fruit... bagus la.... sat was very discipline hahah...
the bad thing was... sat night went chiiling with best frens at st james station.. alamak... confirm cannot keep to the siet man.. with the high sugart content in the drinks.. surely exceed the limit la... anyway tried to keep it tight man... had one glass of gin tonic 1ST... hahah was thinking, hey.. gin= nt sweet.. tonic= soda water// so cant be that bad... then my crazy fren dec to get some snacks and beer from 7-11.. jialat! down 3 cans of beer and had cuttle fish and ikan bilis as snacks.. protein ma !!:>
anyway felt guilty.. surely gain weight back when i weigh in on mon... cfm kanna by trainer...haha sun worst man... woke up at 1130 for my 11 appt.. rushed there like mad and ate LJS with my fren... fish batter.. hmmm tons of flour.... no choice la.. nothing to eat..
some more afte that rush to another function at 2.. no snacks!!! die man... tried to find some food around... only chap chai fan.. well no choice juyst eat fish n veg... +++ got fruits shop.. good! i can only eat 1/2 orange.. so asked the stall owner if he could sell me 1/2.. NO... damm... no choice but to eat 1/2 n throw... back to function .. n no snacks again tilll 6 plus.... rush home t change n rush to airport... sianz.. no snacks...
anyway by the time i reach airport, time for dinner:> must eat lettuce n meat.... walk here n there ( basket .. cfm more than 10,000 steps) can u imagine there is not much places selling salad.. fast food shops r horrible man.. anyway cafe beans looks the best.. ordered chinese chicken salad.. should b nt bad la...
food came out.. hmmm lettuce yes... corn flakes yes( like lo hei)... chicken>?>>> where got... complain to them and they never even say sorry and put some chicken flakes on it.. wah lau.. think the things from my nose also more lo.. sigh.... went opp to burger king to down some chicken tenders to make up the numbers... think my weekend diet was in a mess man...
the final measurement ----- SURPRISE-- body fat 29.99% AND WEIGHT 81.7KG. how did i do that ??? Weird man.. this is even lower when i left for s'pore for the weekend.. incredible!
