Whooo.... went back to S'pore my home town for the week end.... die man.. was thinking how to maintain the diet plan... knowing that i wont have the discipline to get that diet right...
heng heng, i spend the most of sat at my dad's cafe... my dad's cafe is the best place to have diet man.. lettuce, veg , protein snacks .. even fruits also have!!! some more pomelo.. best weight loss fruit... bagus la.... sat was very discipline hahah...
the bad thing was... sat night went chiiling with best frens at st james station.. alamak... confirm cannot keep to the siet man.. with the high sugart content in the drinks.. surely exceed the limit la... anyway tried to keep it tight man... had one glass of gin tonic 1ST... hahah was thinking, hey.. gin= nt sweet.. tonic= soda water// so cant be that bad... then my crazy fren dec to get some snacks and beer from 7-11.. jialat! down 3 cans of beer and had cuttle fish and ikan bilis as snacks.. protein ma !!:>
anyway felt guilty.. surely gain weight back when i weigh in on mon... cfm kanna by trainer...haha sun worst man... woke up at 1130 for my 11 appt.. rushed there like mad and ate LJS with my fren... fish batter.. hmmm tons of flour.... no choice la.. nothing to eat..
some more afte that rush to another function at 2.. no snacks!!! die man... tried to find some food around... only chap chai fan.. well no choice juyst eat fish n veg... +++ got fruits shop.. good! i can only eat 1/2 orange.. so asked the stall owner if he could sell me 1/2.. NO... damm... no choice but to eat 1/2 n throw... back to function .. n no snacks again tilll 6 plus.... rush home t change n rush to airport... sianz.. no snacks...
anyway by the time i reach airport, time for dinner:> must eat lettuce n meat.... walk here n there ( basket .. cfm more than 10,000 steps) can u imagine there is not much places selling salad.. fast food shops r horrible man.. anyway cafe beans looks the best.. ordered chinese chicken salad.. should b nt bad la...
food came out.. hmmm lettuce yes... corn flakes yes( like lo hei)... chicken>?>>> where got... complain to them and they never even say sorry and put some chicken flakes on it.. wah lau.. think the things from my nose also more lo.. sigh.... went opp to burger king to down some chicken tenders to make up the numbers... think my weekend diet was in a mess man...
the final measurement ----- SURPRISE-- body fat 29.99% AND WEIGHT 81.7KG. how did i do that ??? Weird man.. this is even lower when i left for s'pore for the weekend.. incredible!

Lazy liao... Week 2 Day 3
Guess i disappeared for a while .. hahah... lazy person by nature and thats y i guess im not meant for blogs :>
Anyways, this is week 2 day 3= 10 Days liao.
Surprise surprise, HealthPointe really works. Had my measurement done up by my coach on Sun. Wah... I actually lost close to 5kg in a week.... and 1 cm off most places such as hip, neck, waist... No wonder the pants felt slightly loose!!!! Very good!
Well done! But cannot stop as of yet.. i got another 10 kg to lose... my ideal weight is 73kg. Once i reach that weight, Rain also cannot stop me man... hahah
The funniest thing on this diet is i get to eat lotsa of stuff.... Now im on weight loss days--- eating servings of veg, fruits and protein! Ooh.. i like the word protein man... protein = meat( lotsa of maths symbols here ... apologies for the melancholy nature of my blog :>)
yeh man... protein... meat .. and i can get real creative with meat man... chicken, beef, mutton, duck, fish, prawn, crab, seafood.. u name it i can eat it... but then again have to watch out for my cholestral man...
A young man like me actually has bloody high cholestral.. omg... went for a blood sample to test for cholestral... a ratio of 7! good ratio will be less than 5... hope after Healthpointe i will be able to reduce my cholestral... every young adult should get one done man.. every 5 years...sigh
but well... since im on the healthpointe program - might as well have fun on it... was outside during the weekend and was thinking of what to eat for my weight loss day... lo and behold, i could actually eat korean BBQ!!!!
Bagus man... and there is a new one in Puchong some more... bestest... haha.... meat, veg, veg, kimchi.. all fits in man.. no wonder most koreans are slim...
Overall place clean and the service level was good. the drinks were pretty decent too... cool green tea with rice flavour... very refreshing after each bite of juicy and tentalising mouthful of beef slice... together with the crispy lettuce and kimchi- it was really a brilliant meal... nothing can match this for a diet man!!!
At the rate, im going.. im enjoying this diet eating real food! and actually slimming down... Day 10... 35 more days to go!!! Gambatte!

Day 2 early half
Reached Jakarta at 4am.. then concuss till 9 plus... guess i will have to take a snack cum branch haha..
My collegues pickin me up in the afternoon, so guess i have to settle food myself... staying in the apt with no transport guess leaves me with no choice but to explore what this place offers...
Nt very hungry now.. so i will shop around n see what the mini markets have to offer for my snacks for the day...
the mini markets are prety similar to those in Msia & Spore.. only diff is most of the brands are from Indo... hmmm nothing much to offer le... guess only tuna..( AYAM brand!) damm... only tuna in oil... fattening man.... not much choices left so i dec to go other shops...
Wah.. the shops are all located ard the perimter.. pretty long walk man... nesxt stop... minimarket similar to 7-11... alamak ... no tuna at all!! waste time man...
Beginnning to feel hungry...:P... the only shop i see is some kinda of chinese cafe offering mee & rice etc etc.. ok la... looks clean...
menu looks pretty ok.. except i cant take any carbo... well bak kut teh looks ok... what not ready yet!??? hmmm ok ... the lo pak looks ok.... huh...??? out of stock??? its 11am .. so hot biz meh...
anyway settled for a intenstine soup + egg... nothing else to offer... nt really a good choice but no choice hahah .. what is it with the service... took 20 min man.. aiyo.. hungry man is angry man hahah
nt bad nt bad.. lotsa of ginger the soup.. haha guess can clear the nose and prevent colds... nt too ex.. costs ard 4 plus sing...
time to buy snack.. guess i have to settle for the tuna in oil.. hey hey.. happen to see a prawn snack... looks like prawn in sweet wrapper.. nice... should make up a nice snacck..
Back to apt to do some work..., wah.. pedometer actually recorded 3,500 steps... i walked so much to get a meal!! hah good exercise...
lunch time~ not really hungry but well,, itchet mouth hahha.... bitik ayam or soemthing ...
dunno what the hell is that.. sounds exotic,,, ok la.. ordered.. nt cheap also ard 5sing..
chey.. its only a chicken cutlet with brown sauce n peas hah...
Back to apt again... time to check out the prawn snack... hmm one whole string of wrapperds conencted together... ok take one out.. open..,looks like a square piece of brown choclate...
must be concentrated stuff hahah...

Boy, I'm freaking fat! hahah those were the days when i was so trim n attractive :P
Ideal weight is 73Kg and body fat is supposed to be 28%...hmmm so i have to shed 13.9kg!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thats a lot in the short time man...wow...
Well believe in the trainer i will... haha trainer start me up by taking measurements of almost every part of my body.... ( nt "every every" part ok haahhha) Then proceed to instruct me on what my diet is to be for the next few days...
Surprise surprise... I'M ACTUALLY SUPPOSED TO SNACK 3 TIMES IN BETWEEN MEALS... this is fun man... eat more to lose weight.. what a interesting concept... then again... sure or nt???!!!!
Well believe in the trainer i will... no carbos to be taken for the next few days and only pure protein to be taken... how to tahan man! hmmm i guess eating meat n meat alone will be enjoyable hahah.. nt sure how some "fan ton" ( rice bucket) will adjust to this man kekek...
Breakfast consists of tuna + drink... taste pretty good... beats the conventional breakfast... but then again the though of dry tuna kinda puts me off.. time to get creative with preparation of food... fun! good chance to polish my culinary skills passed on from my chef dad... will slowly think bout it...
Snacks: Egg white... i tell u man... egg white tastes pretty good eating along lidat... but must put a dash of pepper, salt and kikoman sauce to taste like heaven... nt too bad :> i can live with these snacks... haha
Lunch: Nt sure whats the portion is.. but nt feeeling very hungry.... just picked up some lemon chicken bits( 1 portion) & tau hoo beancurd( 1 portion) ... fanastics man.... din know i could get full without eating rice...

Dinner: Stuck in the jam and rushing to get my flight to Indo... aiyah just whacked any shop that was on the way.... the only place i could think of was the mamak near my hse... Chicken chop.. suddenly had a craving for chicken chop hahha...
waited very long for this chicken chop... damm... dun the cooks know that im rushing to catch my flight... 20 mins for my meal man.. but it turned out pretty fine... but it was nt chicken chop!!! its breaded chicken cutlet! breaded!!!=== carbo!! = never stick to planned diet=== kanna scolding from trainer!! haha well... nt my fault ma... i asked for chicken chop what.
anyway, to prove my skeptics right, i weighed my self when i reached home.... always the level 10 skeptics, i din expect any weight loss..

why why why!!!!
This is my personnal journey to a healthier & lighter me.
I have been slim n fit before but after the studying days and the army days where exercising was always a part of life, working kinda placed a person into a position where exercising ,eating well always took a 2nd priority in ur own life. ( the sad truth!!! :<) Well then again... money is important.. thats why most pple are working hard to maintain their lifestyle...but at the expense of their health!!!
Actually its kinda frightening to find out that theres a huge percentage of pple who are overweight or have weight issues. It is even more disheartening to discover a huge majority of current killer disease are weight related.... :<... this is real scary man...no joke....
It is with this notion that i have decided to take control of my body and my life!!!! Life is worth living and even if u work hard to get that money but at the end of the day, if u cannot enjoy life.. whats the bloody pt!!!!
Ok!!! on to a start to my weight loss program. Tons of weight loss centers out there... but expensive!!! and weight loss centers life Marie France etc eh.. more for gals le... plus heard its effective for a few months, then they start putting on pounds again. Personnal trainers in gyms also doesnt make much diff cos.. i spent a few thousands bucks and no weight loss and also not much muscle gained hahaha...
I decided to go on this weight loss program called Health Point... its from US and used in clinics in US.. plus its safe and they say its using real food to diet... and there will be no side effects...
So good la!!
Anyway frankly i am skeptical abt this program but heck... what is there to lose??? Try try la...its not harmful to the body and i wont starve since they say that i will snack on lotsa real food. hahah sounds interesting..
